By submitting your story or video recording, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit your content.

In order to submit a story or video you must be at least 18 years old, fully capable of understanding and performing the terms of this consent and release and is currently using any of the Zon product(s). 

Your participation is completely voluntary, and we are under no obligation to use any submitted content (“content”).

You retain ownership of your submitted content. However, by submitting, you grant the website a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in any media.

All submissions will be reviewed before publication. The website reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove content that does not comply with these terms.

You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for your submission or for the use of your story or video, Zon will reach out to engage in a formal contracting process should your submission be selected. 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the website and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your submission.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting, you agree to our use of your information as outlined in the policy.

A) Your personal information will be processed by Zon, its affiliates, and wholly-owned subsidiaries and/or entities or persons that work on behalf of or in partnership with Zon but are not Zon employees (Third Parties), in any medium Zon chooses, for the following purposes:

• Sales and Marketing, Advertising, Training and Education, Public Relations, and Research
• Data analytics
• Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations (e.g., adverse event and product complaint reporting, exercising, or defending legal claims)
• Administration of other legal and business processes that are in Zon’s legitimate interest, including company record retention and maintaining the security of our systems and records (e.g., testing, validation, fixing software errors).

B) You understand that your personal information may be shared with Third Parties for purposes consistent with those identified in this consent and release. These recipients have agreed to protect the information and to use it only as directed by Zon or as required by law. You understand that Zon may be required to disclose your information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to comply with national security or law enforcement requests.

C) You understand that once you share your personal information with Zon, it may no longer be protected by the privacy laws that apply to your personal information when it is held by your Health Care Provider.

D) You understand and agree that your interviews, photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings may be recorded, collected, disclosed, transferred, and processed by and between Zon and Third Parties worldwide and may be used outside the country where you reside. The country in which it is disclosed may not have privacy laws that protect your personal information as much as the laws of the country where you reside.

E) You understand your personal information will be saved for the period of time needed to fulfill legitimate and lawful business purposes in accordance with Zon’s records retention policies and applicable laws and regulations.

F) As part of your submission, you agree not to publicly disparage Zon or any of our brands. Please note that there is potential for coverage changes and supply interruptions which are beyond our control, and submission of content does not guarantee access to any of our products. We make no guarantees whatsoever regarding access and supply.

The website reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
